Order Processing:
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following business day. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours of your order date, but please allow up to 5 business days for order processing, especially during peak times.
Virtual Appointments & Orders:
For those unable to visit in person, we offer virtual shopping appointments. Once you find your desired items, payment can be made via Zelle or Venmo. We offer a flat $15 shipping fee for virtual orders or free local pickup.
Shipping Options & Rates:
Standard Domestic Shipping: $15 flat rate
Standard delivery usually arrives within 4-6 business days from the shipped date (excluding holidays). Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes may take 5-12 business days.
Shipping Information:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and that your packages are being sent to a secure location. Bermère is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses or for stolen packages.
