1. Final Sale and Fixed Pricing All items are sold at fixed prices and are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds on any purchases.
2. Exchanges Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of the in-store purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unaltered, and free from any tampering.
3. Store Credit Exchanges are processed as store credit only. This store credit can be used towards future in-store purchases.
4. Exemptions Items that have been tampered with, altered, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
5. Quality Assurance We ensure each piece is delivered in pristine condition. If there is an issue with the item that needs to be addressed, we will take care of it promptly.
Your products must be returned in new and unworn condition, with the tags still attached and in its original packaging. This includes any boxes and garment bags as well. We strictly do not accept returns on items if the tags were removed.
