Return & Exchange Policy

This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the website bermere.com. Pop Up items are final sale once Pop Up location has been moved. For further inquiry on Pop Up concerns, please send us an email.

RETURN PROCESS: To return items, please ensure your return is within the policy period and meets ALL return requirements. Please email us at hello@bermere.com. 

Items that are eligible for returns must follow the following criteria:

  • Item(s) must be postmarked to return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item(s) must have all original tags attached.
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unused, and unaltered. All must be in original condition.

Items will not be returned if the item has been worn, washed, or the tag or hygienic liner has been removed. All sale items are final sale and may not be returned, exchanged, or adjusted for any reason. If your items are received outside of the approved time frame, or fail to follow above criteria, the package will be immediately returned to the sender and no refund will be issued.

We do not send out return labels at this time, so returns can be sent back upon your preference. However, it is recommended that returns be sent through a traceable and/or insurable method, as Bermère is not responsible for any returned packages not received. Returns are made at customers expense unless your case specifies otherwise. Shipping expenses are non refundable.

At the moment, we do not offer refunds back to your method of payment. If approved, store credit is sent to the email address on file in the form of an E-Gift Card via email once your return has been processed. Store credit does not expire.

Defective, incorrect, or missing items?

We apologize that you have received an item that is not in perfect condition. Please contact customer support within 48 hours of the package’s original delivery date for inquiry and resolution of said items as soon as possible! Please include your name, order number, brief description of the damage, and a picture of the damaged/defective area.

 

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please send a message to the Bermère instant chat within one business hour of placing the order. Orders cannot be canceled via email.
